DO NOT book this stay after looking at the pictures. Me and a friend payed for our booking made towards a deluxe room at Kasauli courtyard however the property is nothing similar to what it looks in pictures. The hygiene of the place is pathetic. Dirty sheets and laundry were offered and the whole place had a persistent foul smell. Left the place in a couple of hours after checking-in.Also there is no privacy as the larger room which we were offered for extra had a stair straight from the reception which couldn’t be blocked or closed in anyway.There was dump lying everywhere on the property. Awful experience.

Great stay at Kasauli Courtyard. A nice cozy B&B almost 6 Kms before the main town. The hospitality was amazing with noteworthy mention of Rohit and Amit. We reached the hotel at 2230 in the night and had requested dinner. By the time we reached, they were ready with dinner too. Although it was late into the night but they serviced us till late hours without even a flinch. Hats off once again to entire team.

the hotel location is good, but not the best. it has only 4 rooms and about 4-5 people as staff. they were very co-operative especially guy named Ramesh who served us well. don't expect buffet or anything from here as it's just a small homestay. no ac in any room. at least should have AC , basic toiletries, and some more staff especially in the kitchen to prepare more dishes.

It was an amazing experience. Hygience was up to the mark. The staff was courteous and made sure I got everything i needed for a comfortabke stay. The best thing about the property is the view it offers and the accesibility to the raod. Must visit! Services of the staff Food View Accessibility

Overall good stay. However, kitchen ns intercom were nt working. Care taker Ramesh Kohli was d only person available. He gv his best to cover all these issues. He was really helpful nd available all d tym.

It was located in outskirts of the city but it was reachable easily. The caretaker was good and very cooperative. Food was average. Overall the stay was fine.
