Staff: The staff here truly stood out. From check-in to check-out, every member of the team was polite, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to assist. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the modern furnishings and thoughtful touches. It made for a very relaxing stay. Services: The hotel offered great services, including daily housekeeping and 24-hour reception. The staff was always available to help with any requests, whether it was for extra brush or local recommendations. Food: The food was okay. While not extraordinary, it was decent and served in generous portions. WiFi: One downside was the WiFi. It was very slow and often dropped, which was frustrating at times Safety: We were really impressed with how safe and secure the hotel felt. From the well-lit entrance to the controlled access to rooms, we felt comfortable and at ease throughout our stay. Cozy Atmosphere: The atmosphere was incredibly cozy and perfect for a romantic getaway.The ambiance of the hotel, along with the warm decor, created a welcoming and intimate environment Overall, our stay was wonderful. Between the safety, cozy atmosphere, and comfortable and big room, this hotel was a perfect choice for us as a couple. We would definitely return for another romantic retreat!

The stay was pleasent and staff was very polite, the food was really good, and it is just 1.7 km away from mall road which hardly takes 4-5 minutes to reach, the only trivial issue which i faced was that the karaoke was organised by the owner himself and i requested him if i could take the mic so i that could sing a song for my wife, but he refused straight away, i have nothing personal against him nor does it reflect in my rating for the hotel, but it would have been nice if he could share the mic. the surroundings were peaceful and stay was the better than expected as property is situated at a very beautiful location.

my stay at kasauli exotica was absolutely delightful! the serene surroundings, well-maintained property, and attentive staff made it a perfect getaway.the rooms were clean, cozy, and offered breathtaking views of the hills. the food was delicious, and the service was prompt.i also loved spending time on the terrace, soaking in the beautiful sunrise and enjoying the fresh mountain air. it truly felt like a home away from home!thank you, kasauli exotica, for an amazing experience. i’m looking forward to my next visit already.

It was a great experience, the ambiance, staff, food, perfect location, the view and of course, the rooms were amazing. We had booked the Valley View Rooms and it was just beautiful, worth every penny. The hotel staff is very cooperative and sweet. It is just 20 min. walk to the Mall road. Had an amazing weekend. The hospitality, Clean rooms, Amazing view, private balcony, delicious food and close to the Mall.

We had a wonderful stay here at Kasauli Exotica. There are several reasons that makes it one of the best stays in Kasauli but the view it offers is the best thing. Apart from this, rooms were also of good size and had all the amenities. Services were also quick and the staff were also polite. Also. It had good options in breakfast. It felt super safe to travel

Good budget hotel for family stay. Location is good and near to Mall Road. Rooms are neat and clean. Staff's behaviour are polite and gentle. Small kids playing area is also available. Food quality is good and tasty. One can enjoy food in open roof-top restaurant with beautiful valley view. I would recommend to stay here and enjoy with family.

It was a nice experience with kasauli exotica. The staff was also very kind and helpful. Food is a little bit expensive but very tasty. The ambience was very good and also the view of the valley from the outside of their food court was awesome. Must Go place. pictures are of checkout time that's why it's a little bit messy.

Good for family stay with good staff and delecious food. One should include meal in the package at their restaurant, breakfast buffet is really cool. Very good environment with friendly atmosphere. Easy to reach and main town is just 2 km far. I liked their services with very good behaviour of staff.
