Kasauli Pine Breeze Homestay | Rooms & Restaurant

it was super deluxe room so to say but amenities were zero. like intercoms not working, heat convector not operational, TV remote was missing, no dustbin in the room, curtain were partially tuck, no cleanliness in room and toilets, flush was not working, no call bell, no sufficient staff, there was only one cook, one service boy and supervisor namely Umesh , these three were managing the entire hotel guests. so service was very slow and bad. food ordered were provided in parts, it was cold and burnt. so it is absolutely big NO to stay in this property. thanks

Hotel is around 3 km inside... Away from local area... Room were spacious, sceneric view n clean but Not maintained properly.... If you want to be alone in peace then you can opt... Food quality was also not upto expectations n not much variety of food to offer.... But must admit that people or service men were very helpful n cooperative....***

The hotel is clean and provides u great hospitality.The staffs were very helpful.The hotel provides u almost every facilities from good rooms to sight seeing.When i say food was great(i mean it :))Overall experience was awesome.I'll recommend dis hotel to every couple and families:). You wont regret,just be there:)

totally useless stay at pine breeze kasauli. socha ni tha koi resort itna bear bi ho skta h. food quality was very very poor. blanket was smelly. room was very smelly. wash room was very dirty. like karne jaisa hai hi nhi pine breeze mein kuch.
