Pros: -Walkable distance to Manki point, Gilbert trail, heritage market, sunset point, all within 2 kms radius. Will be good choice as cars not allowed for frequent trips in airforce cantonment area and there is parking fee at mall road -Nice view from window, spacious room -Pet friendly -Courteous staff Cons -3 star hotel price for homestay accommodation -Complimentary breakfast(non buffet) increases room fare by almost 600 Rs per day for 2+1 child family. Same food can be availed in restaurants nearby at half the price -Housekeeping needs improvement as floor was muddy across the property including room -Water flow was slow in the bathroom during day time, had to call room service several times -No towel provided on the first day -Poor maintenance:Broken or non working lights, plug sockets. Non working door bell, intercom, TV and portable fridge -Very slow service when ordering food at the property -Some ants and other insects found on the bed, deep cleaning of room needed -Butter added as topping in every dish ordered including poori bhaji which makes all items taste similar -Small parking pace for upto 4 cars only, key need to be submitted at reception so that they can move it when someone is taking out their car. Parking on road can challan or tow by cantonment officials -Suitable for people who can walk as no conveyance available

The room was small. TV and fridge were not working. There was no electric kettle in the room. Only good thing was view from room. they took one and half hour in serving the food. we paid rs. Overall the room was not worth the money we paid.

It was a nice stay. stayed there for 1 night. The room service was little bit slow. definitely recommend to others.
