Worst hotel , .. !! 4'o' clock in the morning we are tired and manager says sorry maam your room is currently unavailable !!! they screwed us so badly !!! They don't provide blankets even and I don't know for what are they charging so much !!! only because of this hotel my first trip to Kochi is spoiled !!

,Neat room, towel and soap provided, affordable ; 600m from JLN stadium metro station, toilet is small, but clean and maintained well. Restaurants and lots of shops nearby.

Very bad the room door having even a handle to close and open , need to take much effort if need to open, no drinking water , no hot water nothing worst accommodation..

Hotel was excellent for the price.. Very neat n comfortable But problem with app I booked for 5 adults Bt booking was for done 2 adults n 3 child in their system I did not face any problem with room as they were kind enough to give the same room for same rate by modifying the booking for 5 adults

This is the second time I am booking a single room in Kay Kay Residency. Even though it's a single room, it's spacious and clean and tidy with facilities like attached bathroom and Tv. The owner is friendly. The room service is quick and awesome. For those who are staying in Kochi, I would highly recommend Kay Kay Residency. Sorry this time I was in a hurry that I couldn't take any snaps of the hotel, you can check my previous review of the same hotel.

I this this is the worst hotel in India, no proper services, no facilities, they even don't have proper pillows, if u ask for good pillow the service person tell all r like this nd the room is soo small that 3 people cant stay properly... They don't have door handle from inside to open the door, no call bell to call service boy, no phone in room, no hot water in room, no shower in bathroom, they even don't serve water to drink also in shot totally waste of money in this hotel...

Kay Kay Residency is the best hotel i have stayed till now. Its the best hotel for those who are single/travel alone. My room number was 413 single bed room...The staffs were friendly, it didn't took me long to complete the bookings there....

I had booked a single room non a.c. the room was very very very poor and can't stay for a single second that much congested and a size of bathroom and the receptionist is arrogant and poor in behavior .

Amenities were good all the time. But i fimd there is an issue with the eater simce the last 2 times i have stayed here. i wonder why is the water being salty and the problem hasnt been addressed. its peace and calm
