KF residency has proven to be a good place to stay for tourists and travelers, the staff was friendly and understanding. The rooms are decent and hygienic as the cleaning staff was very particular about neatness. About Food, it can be ordered to the reception and they were providing free delivery as the shops are close to the residency. Overall the experience was good.

Overall stay is average and food quality is up to the mark. Room cleaning was not proper and bathroom tub is not clean and fluctuating power supply due to that reason sometimes hot water is not coming.there were lots of mosquitoes in the room and bathroom as well

Room is small however for two person it is fine. The locality is not so good however if you are going for visa interview you may choose the place. By auto it takes 9-10 minutes to reach embassy. Staff service was good.

I was given a room whose sealing was under prepared. I could hear the noises coming from upstairs of people running, sounds of shifting of beds and furniture was very irritating.. The Fan and AC were not working..

It was a good experience to stay for a week, the hotel staff were very much supportive. Hope they continue the same . With the budget it is good however the rooms are small but good for single person stay.

Good For Single Person ! Specifically for those who came for US VISA ! as embassy is nearest to this Hotel ! Food issue will be there but you can do swiggy and zomato for the same !

Morning time, there was no water supply at the bathroom, informed the matter to the receptionist but didn't got a good response.
