there is no difference between deluxe and premiere rooms. I paid extra and booked premiere room but there was no difference. the facilities like heater, food baskets, assorted chocolates etc. were not there. there was huge mobile network problem, hardly any phone gets connected. for warm water you have to call reception everytime. they will put the boiler on and after wasting 10 mins of precious water from the tap the hot water comes in. rooms are smaller in size than it shows in the photos. the staffs are however very cordial and well behaved. the location is very good too. didn't have problems in check-in or checkout. the elevator wasn't working however the staffs helped us.

It is a good hotel at a very convenient location in Delhi very close to every required place of work. It is also at a very accessible place for the Delhi Metro. It is highly recommended for a short stay in Delhi for work or business

I was impressed by all of the staff within the hotel, the location close to my destination as well as some centred in the city. I like many things about my student life, when I was in school I liked to play cricket with friends.

Value for Money - yes you can say as it's located in prime location. They don't have the kitchen and staff. Food & Drinks would available on demand. Amenities - They don't have necesseary ameities. Cleanliness - Not up to mark.

Food was outsourced, not good at all.nService also deteriorated,nI have stayed many time in this hotel 2-3 years back, then it was good,nNow not good any more.nEven bed cover were not so clean.
