Rooms are not good at all. Very small, twin beds. No sunlight comes inside room. No view from the room. Window is so small that it's non existent. Service is not also good. They have eggs in the menu, but they give silly excuses for not preparing eggs. On the second day the gave us bad quality rice. Probably rice was prepared on previous day. Foods were tasteless. Never recommend. Even homestays provide better service than them.

since it's a remote location, nothing much can be expected... yet the hotel staff tried their best to give service as much as possible. thank you esp the cook who tried to provide food as per our demand at short notice.

Worst hotel, staff is pathetic, please avoid this hotel.there was no power and no hot water for bath. bed sheet and comforter is very dirty. when we entered the hotel stell big garbage bag was there in room. stinking room.

I have not visited this place. I had worst experience I did not got the permit for North Sikkim and when I requested to cancel the booking and refund at least half amount, didn't got any help .

poor service, no electricity, no wifi, no tv channels. don't book this hotel if you are with your family otherwise, you may suffer without electricity. also, food is too expensive.
