For the price, this is worth it. Good to stay overnight. Signage needs improvement. There is no indication that this facility is different to the Residency. I went to the basement. The lift needs to be sent down and we have to get to the 2nd floor. Not easy when one has heavy luggage and no proper instructions. The helper boys are no helpers. There is no information about hot water not being available at the turn of a tap. We have to inform and then wait for 15 min, before it's available.

One of the excellent among hotels, owner is very humble and down to earth, always there to assist you, and the staff also was very helpful, best part is that they have provided us breakfast for free. Overall excellent experience.
