Our recent stay in kottaram heritage resort was very nice. We enjoyed our stay and staffs are very friendly & helpful at any time. The outdoor ambiance also very nice, my kids where playing outside all the time they are happy we feel very comfortable stay here. Highly recommended for families, we will visit again🙂. Thankyou for making our stay memorable❤️ Safe & comfortable stay for families, also Child friendly and eco friendly atmosphere. 24 hours staffs are available. so for a family i will recommend this hotel.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious, perfect for our family. Rooms hyegiene was good and the beds were very comfortable, which made it easy to rest after a long day of activities. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They always made sure we had everything we needed and gave us great recommendations for things to do. The food at the resort was also great, with lots of choices for both kids and adults.

I am very happy with this stay..Room was so clean,neat and well maintained.. Such a calming atmosphere it is..Had a very comfortable stay..The behaviour of the staff was soo good.. Especially the owner of this property... Alappuzha beach and railway station was just 1 km away from here...I Highly recommend here because of their hospitality and their specialities....

We had a great stay at Kottaram Heritage during our Alleppey trip. The welcoming staff, clean room, and comfortable beds made for a relaxing experience. The location was perfect for walking to the beach and attractions. It was excellent value for the price, despite a few minor maintenance issues. We’d gladly return!

This is the best place in Alleppey. Rooms are very clean with a good view and near to beach and city. Dinnu Sir was there to receive us , he was very helpful and guided us . Breakfast is yummy. My kid enjoyed the stay feeding the fishes in their small pool. This place is safe for kids.

not recommended, lot of issues in the resort like mosquito, foul smell, outside vehicle noise, limited drinking water, toilet cleanliness, limited bedsheets, etc…not worth the money and needs lot of improvement in facility and service
