Perfect place to stay in hill station. Neat and clean room, Beautiful view from the window, homelike toilet, delicious food are some of the highlights. I can give 7 stars to the service of the hotel. Overall good staff. I want to thank Mr. Chandan. He helped us in knowing everything around patnitop and helped us in booking taxi. He was our saviour. Note : hot water timing in this hotel is 8 am to 11 am + they have their own definition of hot water (actually it was lukewarm water in tap, which was corrected by staff within half hour)
