First, name of this 'bed and breakfast' is not justified by denying breakfast inclusion in the booking ticket and asking extra money for it and taking too. Although booking reference ******* a free breakfast availability but owner denies it. Second, food was with too much mirchi. Only good part was allowing to stay for 1-2 more hours after check out time, yet calling repeatedly to vacant room early. Overall not recommended having false propaganda bed and breakfast misnomer...

It was a pleasant stay in Kumar guest house. food was good and The front office person Mr. Praveen was very gentle in behavior during our stay. Actually we reached by mid night in this guest house and there were no chance that we could get some food from outside. .but that person helped us a lot and provided all food in guest house only. Thanks Praveen..we will defiantly recommend this guest house to other...

This hotel is located at convineient location. But certainly not worth at with the price. Standard room rate they have is Rs ** . Room quality was ok ok. Room was not kept perfectly ready untill i came to sleep in night. There was no soap and towel. Breakfast is not part of package. Bislery water is also over priced (60 Rs). You will find other better hoyels in better rates included with breakfast

The hotel is good overall for the given price range. The room is neat and clean. The washroom was kinda dirty. The complimentary breakfast that is given is Aloo Paratha which is extremely tasty. The food tastes really delicious. Must book this hotel if you are looking to stay in South Extension. Close to metro station also

I didn't feel like staying in a hotel. I felt a part of house is kept for lodging purpose and no proper reception desk. Reception is like a drawing/guest room. In breakfast we were served 4 roasted bread with butter. didn't feel value for money.

Room is nice just like Home food quality is ok but breakfast only Aloo Paratha Curd , Bread omlet. Limited no any more option Conflex milk, Meggie, Poha , Fruits, Horlicks, chole Bhature. staff behaviour is good

The price paid for the hotel was too expensive and the size of the rooms were too small. Decent service, however only paytm and cash payment available no electronic bills or card payment systems avalaible.

it was a nice stay. the caretaker was helpful. the room was okayish but the linen was not clean enough. overall the stay was worth the money spent. location is at a good one
