La Feliz Palacio

Pros The rooms are good and spacious. Bathrooms are neat and clean. Located at a high altitude with good garden views. All staff were very courteous and helpful. Cons The hotel is heavily understaffed and is still under construction. Does not give the feel of a resort and spa. Food takes a lot of time to be prepared. Better to order an hour earlier and then go to the restaurant. South Indian food can be improved. There was little or almost no option for South Indian food. Housekeeping of the room should be improved. Our room was not cleaned for two days. The major drawback was there was no wifi. since there is only little or no network guests rely on wifi a lot and that itself does not work. Please also check the intercom system. we had a hard time trying to contact the reception since the intercoms sometime doesn't work. If the place is fully finished and housekeeping and food is taken care of well this can turn out to be a nice place to visit with your family or friends.

location and the stay was good. My only concern is on Food. The quality of the food is not upto the mark. Only limited items was available when we stayed during weekdays.We ordered butter chicken masala, they prepared the gravy using chicken 65 pieces, it was so disappointed for Rs.290. If the item isn't available they can directly say instead of preparing it using chicken 65 pieces. My request for the resort is to concentrate more on the food during the off season and weekdays. People coming this time also paying money for the stay. So please provide good food since the outside food is allowed inside the premises.Room is too spacious, the location and view was so good.

Excellent !!... Loved Le feliz palacio from their room quality to their staff service. They do everything for us what we need there from them at a time of request. The only thing that disappointed us was the mobile network. Network range was very poor. And they available more WiFi routers but their speed was very low.. the speed was like 3G network.The only flaw to change by them. And this is a new resort. They give good service. u r going with your family,or with friends or as a couple.All will get happy experience there. And gardern work were still on process. Finally plzz go with this hotel.

everything is superb and excellent...so neat and clean room...wow view from balcony... awesome cleaned toilet...wow camp fire with DJ music....two swimming pools....very Happy with my 2 days stay...I will give 4.8 marks out of 5....only the restaurant menu cost is little bit high.... so much comfortable... friendly atmosphere....secure from all aspects..so much hygienic...play area for junior kids and anti room for other indoor games... Breakfast was awesome both the days....
