worst experience, dirty rooms , hotel staff was rude , asked multiple times to clean the room but they didn't, asked mutiple times to turn on the tv they didn't listen, bed sheets and pillow covers were also dirty , when asked staff to change it , they simple refused saying it is clean, not suitable for families, not worth the money

Really disappointed about rooms , when saw the rooms pic is fully different what we got , from the receiption guy is okay , but they have to provide basic amenties,Rooms are not clean , no Duvet, No praking areaDont suggest for the Family

cleanliness,spacious rooms,supportive staff were the best in this hotel. pondicherry bus stand would be just some 200 mtrs away with almost everything nearby.

Room was good, but the outside the room is not clean and it's like slum. Some bad smell and not possible to walk around the residency
