In post-covid, post-lockdown situation, Goa is one of the fewest options that by an indomitable spirit strives to retain the colorful life and spontaneous hospitality, and Ashvem/Ashwem beach is one of the best in Goa, usually a fav among Russian, British, French, Israeli tourists and those among us, Indians, who look for a beautiful sea with beach vibes and beach ethics away from the hullabaloo of Baga-Calangut stretch. L'amore is bang on the beach, with direct beach and waterline access, and open air beach shack and bar. Mr Joseph, the reception executive extended a warm welcome, and also suo moto helped us to upgrade to a beachfront cottage. Stayed for 3 nights, will definitely come back. And like all beach venues, Ashvem is a long stretch, but only 4 resorts virtually control the best part of the beach, and L'amore is the most affordable among these 4, so it is, in one word, the optimum resort of Northernmost Goa. We stayed here for 3 Nights (my family & my bestie family ) in wooden cottages.Cottages were neat and clean ,But hot water facility was not great . They do have very small geaser in which hot water lasts for just 20Sec.Even though they maintained well we found a frog inside the cottage for 2 days.They managed to take out the frog immediately as soon as we informed. I could rate 3 for cottages. Food was good & Service was great by Mr. Amit & Prem. I could rate 4.5 for food & Service. Beach view was awesome from resturant,All 3 days we spent lot of time at beach.Very decent crowd. Just 1Min walk for the beach. I could rate 4.5.. Management & guidance was good from Mr.Nandan & Joseph. Overall rating 4.5

Excellent property bang on the beach. Nice experience to stay in the bamboo cottages. Beach is super clean and tranquil. You won't be disturbed by hawkers like Calangute or Baga. If you are staying on a weekend, you will be served buffet breakfast which was excellent. The road level is very high from the beach near Ashwem beach. So you need to climb up/down around 20 steps to reach resort from the road. Could be troublesome for senior citizens. I have deducted 2 stars because we were denied RO purified drinking water. Instead we were forced to buy packaged mineral water pet which was charged double of the MRP. It was a big turn off

Although the room and location of the resort very nice, the service is poor. The rooms don't even have an inter com facility. One has to run down every time to the reception for any little need. Also even after multiple reminders the room cleaning would never come to clean the room. Breakfast buffet is an absolute sham , and food menu is pretty expensive versus other nearby joints. Never buy food from the restaurant rather step out of the cottage and one can find multiple options suiting palate and pocket!. If you are a momo fan, please visit a small Tibetan Cafe around 250 mts. aways from this place.

The owner of the hotel is extremely down to earth. The cottage is like just on the beach, the rooms were spick & span. The property is small & it gives a feeling that you're on a private island. There is no in room phone so everytime you want to raise a request it has to made in person, The complementary water bottles provided by the hotel are very small which will be finished in like one go. But overall it was a good experience but the view was top class.

Excellent location and very good area of beach. Decent amenities like breakfast, running hot water and AC which was all working very good. Staff was polite and service was good. Room can be more thoroughly cleaned as we had to get it done specially and then it became livable. Wifi in rooms is weak and one had to go to common areas to access properly. These are the 2 things to improve

1.Got delux room with minimum required amenities. 2.Multiple option in morning breakfast. 3.Restaurent at beach side ,where one can enjoy breakfast lunch & dinner. 4.At center location of Ashvem area near by many other resorts 5.Not suggest for elder ppl bcoz resort having many stairs. overall good experience.

Visited in Aug end. Nice stay far away from the crowds of North Goa. Large rooms with balcony. This place is right next to the beach with beach facing restaurant. Beach was dirty with water from all over entering the sea. Overall a nice place to stay but not really in monsoons. will visit in some other season.

One of my best places to live at .. simple ,sweet ,good services, reasonable and the best part .. clean beach view. I'm glad I have been staying here For almost 4 days without any stress . The cottages are so cute.. just like doll houses. I recommend everyone to come and experience what I'm experiencing.

We stayed for only one day in lamore..but i must say it was an awesome stay with peace n fresh air..Food was gud and room were clean and spacious. Since the cottage was closer to beach...we had a wonderful experience.Hotel staff was friendly and ready to help..

Good stay. Little offbeat if you are looking for bustling goa. If you would like a peaceful beach and restaurant with beach view.. Best place. Food is also good if not the best. Rooms are normal for the high price but worth in off-season when prices are less.

Pros : Fabulous location. Bang on the beach. Cons : Welcome drink not provided. Bamboo cottages are poorly lighten. Some items in buffet breakfast were not sufficiently warm. Resort is 2 story down from the road. Could be problematic for senior citizens

Pros Awesome place to chill and relax. On the beach. Much quieter and peaceful than Baga and Calangute. Cons Wi-fi goes off intermittently. Issues with Vodafone and other networks. No places to shop around.

Lamore was an amazing stay. The hospitality of the staff, the food and the shear quaint of the sea was surreal. I would highly recommend the stay for anyone to fall in love with nature all over again.

It was a nice experience indeed.. but food prices are little expensive plus we faced a little problem with insects in bamboo cottage... It would be great if they do something for that.

Food was great, staff was helpful, decent rooms but awesome view from se view room. This place is on a very silent beach, really great for a romantic get away.

Few things could be improved. 1. No hot water in taps (only in shower) 2. no bath stool 3. extra blanket/bed not available 24X7 need to wait for other person.
