Le Jardin Resort and Spa

Travelled for around 1.5 hours from Navi Mumbai to reach the place. The location is right on the highway at Karjat. The drive was peaceful and not much traffic as we travelled on Friday and was back on Sunday. The map shows the exact location of the resort. The front part of the resort has a food court and the resort entrance is from the backside. Ample parking space available. Fairly good swimming pool which was clean. They have arrangements for rain dance and sound box. Games room with a TT table and a board of carrom. The check-in was very smooth. The rooms are actually 1BHK apartments. Two types: One overseeing the highway and the other overseeing the pool, turf, hills. The pool view rooms are little costlier than the road view ones. The decor is same for both types. Very well maintained and clean and stylish. Except for a small family. The bedroom has an AC but the living room has fans only. They provide towels, mineral water and a water heating kettle. Has an open kitchen, but no utensils or oven. No microwave too. The living rooms has a smart TV (no dish but you can login to your personal accounts in various OTT platforms), a comfortable sofa-cum-bed, a centre table, a dining table. Two tiny balconies are there. The bathroom has a soap, shampoo, body wash dispensers, wash basin, geyser. The bedroom has AC, bed and a cupboard. No hangers provided. The bed linen was old and discoloured. Enough of plug sockets in the apartment. The food was nice. The main restaurant from where all the food comes in Laziz T’aem which is run by a very enterprising individual. The food was really non spicy and safe and tasty. The service was lagging though on Saturday when the resort had full occupancy. All cuisines available. They provide food at the rooms, lounge and by the swimming pool. They are very understaffed but they try their best. Other amenities include a cricket turf which seemed very popular there, people from outside are allowed to book the same. You can book the same with extra payment. There is a volleyball court too. Not much to see or go around. There are quite a few resort nearby which has restaurants too, so you can visit for lunch or breakfast. Recommend this resort for value for money, of course it’s not lavish but it was cosy and without fuss.

We stayed at the resort during the Ganeshotsav weekend, so almost everything got impacted by that. Property: It's a good property right on the road coming from the Karjat Char Phata crossroads. So location is great. But with a 'resort and spa' as part of the name we expected a larger property. All amenities, while great, are on a compact lawn behind the building. We quickly got over the disappointment, because of the manager Mr. Akhil's courteous service and accommodation. The swimming pool was good, but the other play areas need some upkeep and maintenance. Room: We chose the pool-side view and it was outstanding! We got our money's worth. Due to it being the Ganesh Chaturthi weekend, some of the staff was on leave, so we faced constraints in service and housekeeping. But it doesn't seem that guests would face it at other times.

Lighting in evening makes the place lit. Includes separate lawn and turf for outdoor activities. Has an indoor club as well with carrom and table tennis. Overall a great experience. Suites are big and worth the price. I would recommend the place if you are looking for some countryside stay with a green and peaceful environment to spend a day with family and friends. it was a fantastic stay i booked resorts for 2 nights and it was good experience very near to karjat station we hired auto for our travelling. mr akhil was nicest guy at best manager we came across and he cooks delicious choppy crisp potatoes i recommend to try that next time too instead of french fries
