The most pathetic experience of hotel services I have ever seen.. Useless staff!! Non professional behaviour and next to no hospitality in any terms.. I would call it more of Dharamsala where nobody gives a damn.. Would suggest people to not waste a single rupee seeing the low cost and opt for other mid range hotels little on the upside cost... The room we booked already had other people drinking alcohol when we arrives.. The manager even denied giving us maggie since we checked in late.. useless worthless!!

first of all wanted to let you all know that they have made entire 1st floor of the apartment as their hotel which consists of 5-6 flats..so u will find rooms as have in flats. there are common living rooms in between ur room which may be used by others.so its obvious that u may get disturbed if others are using living room and u r using bedroom beside that. Hotel Manager Mr Prasant Panigrahi was quite decent and humble. breakfast was ok. they may give u paratha or upma or bread jam. overall if u book room through goibibo and stay .. it is worth.Paying direct and full does not worth.

giving dirty towel. service is poor. they fixed yellow shade tubelight for you would not be able to see dirty pillow covers and others. ..bathroom was not attached with my room and other. Bathroom accessories is not working it's flexible. Even dustbin and cupboard is not available in room. I will not recommend this hotel to anybody.....

Staff is very very very Good ,humble & helpful..As on May 2018.. My advice to hotel owner is SAVE WATER & Electricity..as I found in Almost All Rooms Light & AC was on throughout the day even when the clients have left..& Water Tabs almost all leaking..
