One of the worst customer service experience I ever had. - Lift was not working till 3 PM answer from the reception was beyond our control as there was power cut so AC and TV were also not working - When power resume, TV DTH was not giving signal due to remote of TV not working properly, so not able to change TV input mode when I conveyed them they blatantly lied and said there is a power cut at the operator end. (Lied as they have DTH and it doesn't require any third party operator) then technician came and TV started at 10 PM and they started the blame game with one another. At midnight a cockroach came on the bed, shared image of it, this must be also beyond their control I guess. Staff was not sorry for the mistakes but instead argue to make clear cut excuses. Utterly disappointing stay.

Check in process was easy and provided water bottle on arrival. pros ------ 1- Room interior is very nice 2- Mattress was thick (6 inch) and linen were neat and clean. 3- Bathroom was very clean 4- Location is awesome. 5 to 10 mins walk for every famous destination. 5- Staff was very helpful. 6- Menu price was reasonable as compared to other in this area. Little bit at higher side. 7-AC, TV and geyser were working properly. 8- Bathroom fittings are of high quality. Cons --------- Not much but I can see some bugs in bathroom. I suggest this hotel for comfortable stay.

Average hotel, not a 3 start for sure, bed sheets were not clean, food was nice, as ordered in room. Additional matters was provided for kid on request. hotel was near bramha temple, so we were able to walk to the temple, which was nice thing about the location of this hotel. It was a fine stay for 1 night stopover.

People here are very professional.They take care of all your need at any point of time.Even though we reached around 2 in early morning ,they welcomed with smile on face and met our requirement for milk for the kid Even provided a comfortable stay for our driver in their staff quarters
