This is a small resort(10-12 rooms) located around 22 kms from Alleppey. Pros: Rooms were spacious and well maintained. Nice lake view, Pool is good. Kayaking, shikara boat ride and house boat is there. Cons: Service is very slow and food is quite average. There is no bar available so have to bring from outside. Location is little isolated, no markets nearby so personal vehicle is a must else need to rely on local autos for travel. Its a small resort and nothing much to do. Fine for big groups but would get bored as a couple. Would suggest to include few indoor/outdoor games, spa, activities etc to keep the guests entertained.

The property was excellent. The food they provided, the kind of stay I had here, all their services & all the help the did, in short my overall stay here was pretty good. The only drawback was that the lake shore was not properly maintained. The wood work that was done on the deck area was a bit old & because of water it was a bit rustic but it wasn't a big problem. Apart from this everything was fantastic & my overall stay here was outstanding.

The stay was wonderful, we enjoyed the pool a lot, and the food was also good. It's like staying in between the dense forest.
