Dear Ace Manor [Hotel Manager/Management Team], I’m writing to formally express my disappointment with repeated instances of unprofessional behavior by one of your female receptionists during my recent visits. Se 1. First Incident: During one of my bookings, despite multiple rooms showing availability, the female receptionist assigned me the worst room. Only after I took photos of the condition did she reluctantly agree to change the room. 2. Second Incident: On a separate visit, the same female receptionist and a young, lean male staff member made my female friend extremely uncomfortable by staring at her for an extended period. She shared this with me at the time, but I chose not to escalate the issue back then. It was looking like I am dealing with some kind of pahar ganj cheap hotel staff . 3. Third Incident: During my most recent visit today. the same female receptionist displayed highly unprofessional conduct again—whispering and passing remarks about me while speaking with another male receptionist. Thankfully, the male receptionist behaved professionally and assisted me properly. I’m taking time to share this because these repeated issues reflect poorly on your hotel’s commitment to guest comfort and respect. I sincerely urge the management to look into this seriously, provide her proper training on hospitality manners, and take corrective actions with the staff involved—especially the female receptionist and the concerned male staff. I hope you value guest feedback and will take steps to ensure a professional environment in your hotel. hotel and room is good , train the current female receptionist. wanted to give 5 star but because of her giving 2 star Thank you, Amit

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The receptionists were very welcoming and professional, making check-in smooth and pleasant. The cleanliness and hygiene were top-notch — rooms, bathrooms, and common areas were spotless and well-maintained. Highly recommend for a comfortable and safe stay!
