My wife and I had an amazing experience staying at the Lily Guest House on our trip to Meghalya. The rooms are very neat and tidy and extremely spacious with well maintained attached bathrooms with 24 hours hot water geyser facility. Also, the rooms come with a small balcony with a nice view. They also provided Wi-Fi service along with the complimentary delicious breakfast. In addition, Mr. Paul had been a wonderful host to us who ensured that we had a wonderful trip experience. I would like to highly recommend Lily Guest House to travellers coming to Meghalaya. Absolutely loved it. Lily Guest House is really a good place to stay. We have no issue with the booking and all. The manager is also good in behave. Overall service is very good. They listen to all your worries and queries. It is situated a little far from the Police Bazar, but if you have a car with you then no problem, Police Bazar is very crowded all the time. better to stay in Lily Guest House if you find a budgeted hotel.

This property is located at bisnupur Shillong,rooms was quite spacious for four of us,clean room and washroom with two balcony,food was good,warm welcome and staff behaviour specially one housekeeping boy who assisted us in every services,they guided us for shillong view points and also the safety guidelines for the monsoon.Overall very good 👍

Very comfortable and spacious room. Rooms were well maintained and clean. Very friendly and cooperative hotel management and staffs. Good healthy breakfast served every day on time. Food is also available on order. Hotel location is close to taxi stand, just 1 min walk. Enjoyed the stay there with family. spacious clean room

It's nothing but a horrible experience, The rooms are dirty, there are no charging points in the room, We ordered dinner to serve our room but they didn't bother it all & it's not delivered, overall the experience is so poor, I don't recommend it at all.

It was a very good experience. The room was very spacious. Taxi service was available from the doorstep. The staffs were good and were happy to help. The complementary breakfast was so delicious and was on time.

The taxi point, shops and all required things are nearby the guest house, the host was nice and welcoming. 🤗 Good and clean room...all required things are available, only missing part is room heater.

It was a great stay. Location is prime and staff were very friendly. I lost my charger in room and hotel staff called to inform about it. They called again once it was picked up.
