The receptionist was not polite and helpful at all. Same goes for the helper there. We reached there at 1AM and they asked us to cancel since the AC was not working 'since that morning' ..Since it was too late we asked him to arrange for any room and he gave us a third class room. No AC, No TV, sheets dirty, washroom not cleaned and moreover there were no bolts on the door working. We smelled something fishy but couldn't do anything since it was too late to check other hotels. We again asked him to arrange for some other room and he said that he'll try if any other room gets released. After half an hour he came and gave us this other room. This was what we saw in the photos and was a proper room with AC and TV. It was just next to ours and we were pretty sure that this was unoccupied all along. Anyways we then slept through the night somehow and left the next morning. In all, I would not suggest anyone to go there. We went there because it was looking good for the price but instead spend a little more and find some better hotel. There were a few nearby.

untrained staff. broken mirror, dirty washroom, no phone in roo. for room service , poor bed quality, small room, no geejar in washroom very disappointed from ****.. nit expected and at checkout staff take his own review from **** app.. full stars.. or 😠😠😠 . i will not recommend any one to go there worst stay

the first room which i got at my first night was not good at all, it had no window lock and moreover it did not had door lock as well the bathroom had a bad smell and ac was not cooling

dont book hotel namdeep.... hotel staff didnot give me room... and said that my booking is not available with them... while my booking was available with them but he denied
