Our 1D/1N stay at Looney Dunez Homestay was good. It is a budget hotel. The location is great, as it's just in front of the beach. Also it feels like a private beach as there was hardly anyone when we went there, it was on a Christmas and yet we had this peaceful experience. The property has 3 rooms which were 'value for money' rooms, reasonably well maintained. They had attached baths that were not clean, but on asking them to clean it, it was done quickly. Facility has a solar water heater, so if we use the hot water in the evening then we end up with cold water in the morning. But that wasn't a problem as the weather was such! The frontage is bad and so is the approach road to the facility. It also has a Toddy shop nearby. But none of this was a hindrance to our experience . The uncle in the facility was very kind and helpful. He gave us tea and milk on request. There was a very good Veg restaurant nearby, Madras Veg Tables. It was at just a 10 mins drive

Only Attraction is the property nearest to the Beach, but the way to the property is very risky through the car. if we parked the car on the roadside, we can go through around 200 meters by walk. But that is not safe, We went to this property at the start of after covid season. they need to update something for a better stay. In our room, the TV not working. I do not totally blame them because they also recovering from covid problems.

hotel location is perfect for those who want a piece of private beach to themselves, bit expensive as per the room quality since the AC wasn't working very well and you'll have to walk a bit for market areas but overall a great place to stay at if you need peace.

Property is in a rural lonely area.Couples are not safe in this area.Please Avoid staying there.The way to the property is very dark no street lights and its beside a toddy parlour.
