just before reaching Kochi Luxo called us and said we could not be accommodated due to "AC" failure and we were put in a substandard hotel with no restaurant and room service. This, for the first 2 days. on the third day we were put up at the Luxo and after some fighting we were given a complementary breakfast. I would like the appropriate refund of the money we paid for a stay in a substandard hotel instead of a 4 star hotel for 2 days.

we as a family of 3 stayed at hotel for 1 day and 1 night at the junior suite and were very satisfied with the hotel on all aspects ranging from room, services, amenities, food, room service and the hospitality of the hotel staff. Ambience, location, availability of comfortable 3rd bed, room service, food.
