Luxury 1BHK Apartment BKC by Zenia

I stayed for 4 days at Omkar Vive apartments at flat no 701. I'll list the pros and cons so it's more helpful to everyone.(Flat 701 only) PROS: 1. Clean room & washroom 2. Room appears exactly as photos 3. Can order outside food 4. The flat has every appliance that you need of like microwave/fridge/washing machine/ironing board, etc. 5. A maid to clean the apartment daily. 6. The owner(or whoever is managing) is really helpful and picks up the call every-time. 7. Ideal for maximum 3 people. CONS: 1. Location is good but it's ideal to book a cab way before time because the area(BKC chowk) is always jammed. Better walk till Equinox and then book a cab judging the traffic. 2. The room doesn't have an electronic safe. 3. The room key doesn't have any key-ring. It's just a single key so better keep it extra safe. 4. Locking the door is a hassle. Opening works on a single try but locking it takes time. 5. Clean the utensils before using it because they still have food/oil marks.

I had an excellent stay at this property. The staff, including Sameena Ji, Mr. Gupta in security, and the ex-army personnel during the day shift, were all exceptional. I would highly recommend this property to everyone.
