Hotel is very nice. It is very near to Malad Railway Station. Staff was very polite. They have upgraded my room without any extra cost. 24 x 7 Seevice they provide. Ambience of the room is awesome. They need to improve exterior part of the hotel, but once you enter the hotel you will feel like WOW. I recommend Hotel Malad Inn to all. Very peacedul place and close to Malad railway station.

the photos are very deceiving the room isn't the same as shown in the photos. it looks big and beautiful but is very small and not maintained. there were rats above our ceiling which we could hear them and the a/c wasn't working properly as well. also the wooden walls were broken and you could see the plaster inside

It was a great pleasure for me and wife to stay here.It’s nearer to the airport and also to Malad station.Very good hospitality service and very kind people.The service is quick and always helping nature.Would highly recommend to experience u stay at this hotel

The hotel is located very close to Malad Railway Station, the rooms have the perfect ambience of a home, the team at the front office were courteous and helpful since I was on a Business visit it was easy for me to visit the nearby Business centres. Recommended

location is good but bedsheet was Dirty and there was no hot water overall experience at satisfied with service . only this hotel is nearst to malad station this is the advantage of this hotel . hoping when I re-visit there all problems will solve.

The rooms were not clean forget about sanitizing it. In this time of Coronavirus not even soap was provided by the hotel. Other people who were staying in the hotel were shouting in the lobby and consuming alcohol openly. Worst experience ever.

Very dirty hotel. Staff are willing to help and responsible but the hotel itself is very dirty. Rooms have cobwebs, floor has dirt and hairs. Location is noisy until late night. Overpriced and just plain dirty.

Rooms are clean and tidy. Room attendants are very cooperative. Very near to malad railway station. Some rooms have no windows. Take only rooms with windows.

Ridiculous, filthy, 0 stars for everything !! Bed sheets were dirty, what was presented while booking, not even 1 % was seen as actual.
