MALAYATTOOR RESIDENCY

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed, it's not a 4 star hotel stayed it's drunkards paradise, no family can never stay here. even though we were family management gave us room right opposite to a Drunkard room. one drunkard from that room tried to barge in our room when I just went out and my wife got panicked and call me and I have to rush into the room and the moment the drunkard saw me he went into the room and closed the room. Though it's a four star hotel there is local bar in the ground floor which is fully covered by drunkards and and fall near parking and the management is least bothered to clear the mess. I have attached this pic. Due to this reason none of our family members didn't go to restaurant for dinner and we locked up in one room till morning and nobody stayed in the other rooms which is opposite to drunkards room. . it's a nightmare if I think about the night we stayed. I could take only two pics as full time we locked up inside the room.........

i went to this hotel in the early morning of 15 12 2024. the employee working at this hotel kept me waiting for an hour before letting me in. he said that he had not received any information from the hotel reservation i had made. after several hours of arguing, he gave me a room. after that room hot water(geaser)and basic needs of guest not available . totally i am upset.

4 Stay Experience was nice and comfortable. Good worth of price. Very convenient to visit Malayattoor At Thomas Mount and church. Rooms are neat however in our room the bathroom drainage was chocked As we stayed during the peak time of Good Friday, the Hotel was fully occupied and all staff were bussyyy.

no proper communication between hotel and OTA ,,And room was not cleaned properly ,,Arrived at reception no body there to assist ,,Made us to wait so long though we reached late at 9 PM and rooms are not as per standard ,,Overall pathetic not suitable for family
