Really amazing. Good ambience. Good service. The team is unmatched when it comes to customer service. Really impressed. Located near to the Cherai beach, on the road side. One might not see their board right away. More than enough parking space. Good food. They offer different activities to keep guests engaged. Would definitely recommend Maliekal Heritance. Privacy

Had a disappointing experience and the hotel. Booked a hotel through them, only to find pesticide odors and rude behavior from the manager. Despite prompt reporting and efforts, the issue remained unresolved. Consequently, a refund was agreed upon, as we decided not to check in due to unsuitable conditions. But it's been more than 2 weeks now but no update on that.

The location of the resort is fabulous. Staff is co-operative. Food is good. There was a problem as we booked a wooden cottage with jackuzi but the hotelier told us that such a room is not available and only the wooden cottage was provided to us. The promised difference in amount has not yet been refunded. Otherwise the experience of stay was good.

Pros- 1.Staff is cooperative , friendly & helpful(All staffs). 2.Food rates are not very high. 3.Breakfast is good Cons- 1.Mentioned as 5 star property,but not upto the standards. 2.Cottage room is small in size. 3.Restaurants Waves food is not that good(Dinner)

Experience was fine in the hotel. Happy with the hospitality but the area was too long as there was some construction going on & it was very noisy. Services they offered was worthy & food was so-so not exceptional. It also has ample space for car parking.

I liked every single thing in this property from services to facilities. Not to mention the room and the washroom was clean. The location of the property is in a proper location. Overall I had a very pleasant stay in this property.

the greatest experience in cherai beach, stayed in many resorts in cherai but this one is extremely good and comfortable. staffs are very polite and professional and restaurant and foods are simply awesome.

We were very disappointed by the hotel staff. Not professional and rude. They disturbed customers by calling and urged for having breakfast and spa whether customers want or not.

Beautiful property with beach on one side and lake on the other. The facilities are thoughtfully provided and on-point. The breakfast buffet has a lot of scope for improvement.

Found Lizards in the room which was unexpected and shifted to the other room in the night but there also faced the problem.

Hospitality and ambience are exalent. Food quality good on suggested menu. Recreational arrangements are outstanding.
