My stay was not at all good. 1.The first thing is that there is no phone connectivity. Only JIO network works nothing else. There was no wi-fi facility available.This thing wasnt mentioned anywhere while booking the room. 2. If you pay by any other mode except cash then they charge with 28% tax and that too without providing any bill. This thing was also not mentioned anywhere. 3. I had severe stomach ache, i asked for any medicine but they had no medicine available .The location of the camp is in so remote area that you need to drive all the way back to the village for medicine and that takes almost to fro one hour. The feeling was like that you are in prison. The only thing which can be appriciated is Camel Safari. New Year eve programme was completey a disappointment.We celebrated our New Year sitting in the room only. A big no from my experience.

this place is very nicely built, place is very clean, nicely maintained, staff is very polite, the owner is very helpful they are taking interest in speaking with the customers, make them comfortable about the stay, this hotel is situated in unnoisy environment, the night music and folk dance make you feel better about this place, they welcomed you with Rajasthan style and and also during checkout they give us surprise gift which is really very nice of them, our dinner buffet was really too good, breakfast was ok but the best part is all was very hygienic one can choose this resort if they want some peaceful time and rejuvenate ..05 star from my side I hope in future also if I will plan to jaisalmer will stay there for sure..

gud experience!!! Sand dunes are at isolated place so less crowdy den Sam Sand dunes ....Tents as being new are very clean neat and tidy....with modern amenities .... Camel Safari while returning back from sunset point was quite thrilling because of steep slope of done....nd also... the Jeep safari on sand dunes is total roller coaster ride....nd the last sunset point is at very serene nd pleasant place ....too good to watch the sunset of Jaislmer!!!!

Had awesome experience... Was skeptical about my stay since I was traveling with my wife and 2 year old kid.. But staff was very supportive and delivered services what they promised on phone... Tent is very safe and comfortable. My kid loved it... Food was awesome.. And had great time during safari... Don't forget to getup for sunrise... Best I have ever seen...
