Long review post alert! We had booked sea view premium deluxe room with free breakfast for 2 nights . When we arrived at the property we were given Room 103 which is the smallest room in ground floor and absolutely in the corner. You can hardly get a glimpse of the sea standing outside on the porch and it definitely does not justify the tariff charged and pictures posted After long discussion for day 1 our room was upgraded, however for day 2 we still had to stay in 103. Thus this resulted in a terrible experience. Please do not book a room in this resort the worst room. There is no transparency in the room rates Few other points to be noted :There is no buffet breakfast, they will give you 2-3 options and you have to choose one. They keep only 1 big towel in the washroom and you have to request several times for another towel. They will count and keep 2 tea bags for entire day, and will be very reluctant in providing extra. There is no coffee sachet at all. The toilet seat of wc in Room 103 is loose/ broken. You can not keep the door of the bathroom open as strong sewage smell creeps into the room. This is a common problem for all rooms in ground floor. There was no water for a few hours on the first day of our trip and hotel guys asked us to fill bucket in the washroom! The second day there was a big rowdy group who created a rucous after getting drunk and urinated in the pool as a result of which the entire deck was stinking. And imagine kids are getting into the same pool the next day.

The stay was delighful. I stayed there with family. The location of the hotel is quite good. It is just near to approx 100 mtrs from the main turning to Mandarmani and then with in 50 mtrs from main road adjoining with a kuchha approach road towards beach. The sign board of the hotel gives a nice feeling with vibrant red colour. The hotel is adjoining to the beach shore. You can see the limitless sea from the hotel room, balcony and lawn of the hotel and it is no doubt the view is mesmerizing. The beach in the back of the hotel gives a private feeling with lessor crowds. However you can walk a half Km to the happening and crowded place of the beach too as per your choice. The food served in the hotel is good with nice flavours and good taste and serves the appetite. The rooms and surroundings are kept clean. The staff of the hotel with manager, service staff are very cordial and well behaved. I have given 4 star and deducted 1 star for delay in providing the food orders , the closure of the adjoining gate of hotel to the sea shore.The overall stay was fabulous and memorable. I would also like to thanks to goibibo for hassle-free reservations.

room size and cleanliness is good, basic amenities are provided. sea view from the room is excellent, the main USP. swimming pool is big and good. u can watch the sea as well from the swimming pool.. alcohol is available in the hotel with a nominal extra charges if u drink by the pool .. u can get ur own alcohol as well only extra charges they will charge u if u drink by the pool snacks are limited and so was the food.. no buffet breakfast but what u order for breakfast is free (limited options)and u can have in ur room or there restaurant also.. we ordered katla Kalia , promfret sarso, rice , chicken bharta with butter roti. both fish item was good and fresh , bharta was also good.. dinner was Chinese with mixed fried rice, chicken chowmin and chilli chicken.. mixed fried rice was good, chowmin was just ok, chilly chicken was average but the chicken in every item was very hard so we didn't liked the Chinese items at all.overall Chinese was a big flop, fish items were good, no buffet was once again is a big problem provided and also so little options with the food.

well decorated room.comfortable bed. Furnitures is also very good.bathroom is neat and clean. mini fridge,sofa,tea table,big wardrobe,tv, electric kettle are also available. swimming pool is clean. fountain and light at swimming pool looks amazing,thay also play music beside swimming pool. Food quality is awesome. room service boy is very polite and helpful. all-over i have a very good time staying here👍🏼❤️ clean and well decorated room clean swimming pool light and fountain of swimming pool good ambience beautiful sea view very well behaved and helpful hotel staff
