The room was pretty decent looking, but the hospitality was REALLY BAD, THE WORST to be honest. The receptionist was very rude and even while checking out they made me wait for a really long time. I would never suggest this place to anyone else

staffs are not cooperative. even after the booking confirmation they didn't allot the room and made us to wait in the reception for 1 hour and later they said they don't have any vacant room and this booking is not confirmed itseems

hotel was not clean, cockroaches every where. stayed for 4days, not cleaned the room atleast once in my stay time.
