Room service is very poor Tea served is very late. Food quality is not very good. Bathroom is not well lighted and no exhaust. Very small room and bathroom. No outside view. Lift does not stop at all floors and is outside from parking area. Mineral Water was charged and only aquaguard water is provided on room. Lot of small cockroaches moving around. Carpet and foot mat was very dirty..

As it's located on the main road itself so location wise it's very conveniently located. The hotel is very good as well. Their room I stayed in was very comfortable & clean & even staff's services were very good too.Their staff's behavior was very polite & they are very efficient as well & even their food was of very good quality too. We had a very nice experience staying over here.

The staff had a very casual attitude. The services was very delayed. If I order something sometimes they give it after 1 hour or they totally forget that I have ordered something. restaurant is there in the property but it is very over priced. The location of the property is on the main road.

i was allotted a room on 4th floor but hotel has no lift. it was horrible. bedsheets, towels all dirty.
