Extremely poor service. I am currently staying here. Booked 2 rooms through Goibibo with an extra bed. There is no space to put the bed. The heater is not working in both the rooms. I called Reception several times and also visited in person but no use. The person in the reception is watching tv and is not interested in listening to me. I am still waiting here for almost 4 hours for someone to check the water heater.Highly irritated with the behavior also.I will strongly tell the people not to book this hotel at all.

A nice stay, staff is ver nice & helpful, toilets not up to the mark , water not coming properly in the tap it takes 20 mins to fill a bucket , needs a lot of improvement in the toilet. Overall it’s a nice property to stay for 3-4 days

One of the best hotels in the area. Food is awesome, very clean and service is top notch. Toilets are new and washrooms are very clean and standard.
