The hotel was quite good, the bed and linen were clean and tidy and the room was kept clean. Toilet and bathrooms were also kept clean. The Tv was working so as the other electrical items in the room. Felt safe to stay. I was in fear that some of the reviews told the hotel was not good and they had horrible experience there. But I got a relief when I saw the room. I'll plan to stay there only in future if possible.b

# 1 horrible the staff are too care less when i enter into to the hotel room first thing no soap to get fresh up i was to tired next no water in the room when i book the room it says mineral water free they didn't provide, tv his not working they said no tv signals in the room they have almara with no hanger in it at lost no bolt to lock the door. no response from the management 👎

Stay is comfortable as the hotel is near to all essential places like hotels, bus stand etc. The only drawback is the hotel doesn't have a dedicated car parking and you need to park the car on road in pay and park zone which incurs extra cost.

Room hygiene was not at all maintained. not a worthy property. Photographs of hotel and actual hotel is totally different. Need to improve interior and hygiene factor in hotel

Location was prime,it is located in the heart of the city. Should be improved the quality of Food serve by the restaurant.
