The property was NOTHING like the listed pictures.We have paid a very high amount to spend a night in a room with a malfunctioning fan AND ac. No fresh toilet paper in the room, no tea sachets or spoon, only coffee pouches. Maximum plug points were hidden by furniture.And the staff which is supposed to provide 24*7 room service took 30 minutes to bring us something as basic as water. And then told us that they were leaving for the night so would not be available during our check out in the morning to help us. And the speakers on the cctv cameras were echoing throughout the corridor till almost 2AM.We could not use the most basic of the 49 facilities The most basic ones like water, washroom, and electricity.Ideally a customer should be compensated for this kind of an experience. Where the pictures showed two bedrooms and promised an apartment, we were given one small room that didn't even have the basic requirement maintained or stocked.This is by far the worst hotel experience I have had, sadly my parents had to go through it too. This room was not worth the money at all.

I will never recommend a hotel to anyone ,The first time I felt a threat while staying outside in a hotel , anytime anyone could knock on your door especially at midnight at 1 pm , so never plan to stay here even they didn't provide very small things like dental kit and sleeper for room when you order something they will accept your request but after half an hour they will dine to serve the same orders.At night you will sleep along with mosquitoes.they don't have a geyser in the room.but first of all Security is a major concern here so don't come along with your family to stay .hotel is not safe.

maple tree is an excellent choice to stay in gomtinagar area of lucknow. very well connected from the city centre and lulu mall in close proximity. ekana stadium is hardly at 500 meters . rooms are very clean and well maintained. stay was very comfortable and will strongly recommend this property for everyone 👍

very horrible place to stay, I will not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel, here anyone can come to distrub you in midnight at 2 pm. never choose this hotel to stay very unprofessional staffs and hotel .
