We booked Maple Wood for two nights, and it was a really good experience. From the quality of the rooms to the really kind nature of the staff to the quality of food, everything about my stay was excellent. Room (5/5) ------------------ We had booked the Premium Room and the room was really clean with all the facilities (electric kettle, tea/coffee sachets, HD TV, slippers, etc.) available in the room. The bed was really comfy and the bedsheets were completely clean. The room was also big in size. Bathroom (5/5) ------------------------- The bathroom was also too good. It was completely clean with a Hot Water facility in the morning for showers. We were provided with all the bath accessories (towels, body wash, shampoo, moisturizer, etc.). They also switched on the hot water in the late afternoon on request. Staff / Room Service (5/5) ---------------------------------- There was always a receptionist available and on call for extra water, we were provided within 2 mins. The housekeeping and room service staffs were available within just a few minutes of calling them. They even came in the morning to clean our room & bathroom during our two-day stay and replaced all the towels and toiletries, without needing to ask or call them for the same. Overall, all the staffs were really soft-spoken and kind. The manager was also kind in nature. He even extended our stay by an hour without any charges. Restaurant/Breakfast (5/5) ------------------------------------------- The complementary breakfast was really tasty and they had everything available on the menu, like tea, cornflakes, fruits, salads, Puri sabji, idli, sambhar, halwa, etc. They even prepared a Masala Dosa and omelet on request for us. The waiters were also kind-natured and were always there to help us out. Extra Perks (5/5) --------------------------- The best part about this hotel was the fact that they allow us to order food online from Swiggy / Zomato. I have seen only a few premium hotels providing this facility. Thanks a lot to Maple Wood for giving us the choice to order our food from anywhere. Overall (5/5) --------------------- If you are looking for a premium stay near Ranchi Railway Station, I will definitely recommend Maple Wood for everyone. The service that they provide is much much better than the price that they charge for it. It was an amazing stay and I will definitely book it again, whenever I am in Ranchi.

Hotel staff was really courteous and helpful. Rooms were really large even when economy room selected. it has sofa with table also. We just had tea and that was the only disappointment but for food you can explore outside.
