If you are looking for a clean, tidy budget friendly beach villa, just go for this. Facility for the amount paid, neatness and the service provided by Jeffin (owner lady caretaker) was exceptional. Must say about the private beach. access for the Location which was perfect. We enjoyed a lot. If weather permits they could arrange candle light dinner on the beach. The food served was also delicious. Truly recommended for someone who is looking for a private beach villa within a budget friendly price. Will recommend traveling with your own vehicle to this place. Couldn't find more public transport to town more often.

Very economical and indeed pleasant. Rooms were descent with clean toilets. The attitude and behaviour of caretaker (Mr Jefin) was commendable and he was very approachable really helpful in all the aspects.. My family has a good time in the private like ambience. The sandy beach was so clean and highly recommended to visit this small property. THE BEST PART OF MY STAY IS FOOOOOODDDD... Its fantabulous. Prawns roast and chicken 65 is of restaurant style home preparation. Mr Jefin's mom prepared the awesome mouth watering food. Many thanks to her on behalf of my family..

I was hosted by Jitu at Marari Edens and he was one of the best hosts Ive come across!! He made sure that i was comfortable and was on his toes for anything that i requested for.. they also served lip smacking food and breakfast and charges are minimal.. the place is directly attached to a beach and it's a very serene place, you can do Starr gazing at night, literally hear the waves if you sit outside your room.. if you Are Reading this, you should definitely book this. P.S - jitu is well connected with everyone around and is very informative about exploring places..

it was an excellent stay. the room is well cleaned and maintained. it is in sea shore and you can hear and feel sound of waves from premises. just few steps and you will be in beach.on top of that the can arrange a special candle light dinner for you on request. i was lucky enough that weather was clear and i enjoyed every they can offer. i honestly have no complaint on anything and i am hoping to come back again.i strongly recommend this place to spent a quite and beautiful day here.

I had a wonderful stay at Marari Edens Homestay in Alleppey. The location is perfect very close to the beach and the atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Jiffin, who made sure everything was comfortable during my stay. I also loved that pets are allowed, which made the trip even better. Overall, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Thanks to owners Jithu, his mother and brothers who helped us throughout the day and night for getting a relaxed and cool stay at Marari Edens. Food was excellent. Candle light dinner setup was outstanding. We were so happy on it. The beach was so close to the stay and it was one of the highlight. A best place to stay if you ever visit Marari.

The hotel stay was very pleasant and comfortable. The landlord Jithu and his mother was very polite and helpful, the location is calm and quiet with sea 🌊 sounds and very convenient for getting around and many activities. If we were to travel to Alappuzha again, we would definitely stay there again!♥️♥️♥️

Rooms were clean, nice location, beach was in right front of home stay, so we could hear sound of waves. Food was good, mackerel fish fry is a must try, masala dosa was disaster 😄. Overall stay was good.
