No geyser - if you need hot water for bath, the room boy helps you in the morning. (first in first out list) Poor parking facility. Owner tries to interfere to much with parking. Need to move the vehicle multiple times, just to ensure others can park or road isn't blocked. The parking ramp is so steep, small vehicles with low ground clearance cannot park the vehicle. This is never understood by owner, manager, or anybody at hotel. They just question?if you plan to work from the hotel, poor reception for Airtel, Vodafone, Jio - tried all 5G connections. (I never used the hotel Wi-Fi for security reasons) Iron/Ironing Board – listed as part of amenities, but not available.if you need hot water drinking, the reception has common kettle. Again, dependency and creating ruckus. No lift - luckily, I got ground floor room. Thanks for people at the hotel to consider elderly people staying together.Cleanliness is okay, but I won’t recommend for my wife or daughter.

fairly clean rooms, but no parking tv was not working, geyser not working and in the morning lift stopped working. we had to climb three floors up and down. but the staff helped to bring down the luggage and they apologised for the lift not working. receptionist karthik was helpful but he didn't attend the phone early in the morning. no soaps or towels available. . just ac room with bed and blankets. if you just need a room to sleep, this is fine.

Worst hotel. Lots of mosquitoes, bedding is not changed. They do not have a kitchen, breakfast is purchased from the neighboring stall and served. On the check out day they do not serve breakfast. Towels, soap & Drinking water is not sent to the room daily. IN our absence our room is used by their staff.

Hotel Wi-Fi is not working . TV doesn't work . No parking space. No drinking water was provided . Bed cover is torn and bed sheets are torn and dirtiest I've ever seen . I won't recommend to anyone at this price . I need proper parking facility and good Wi-Fi mainly .

Nice and tidy rooms. Friendly staffs and best location for basic amenities. Theres a bar and barbecue nation within a minute of walking distance. Affordable room rates Walking distance from bus and railway station and 15-20mins drive from airport

Breakfast included in booking but not provided. Hotel manager told that we were not providing food. Wrongly mentioned in booking.Bed, pillow cover not changed. It seems that same they are using for next guest.

There were no toiletries and also water was not provided for us and we had to buy water bottles. Remaining facilities were fine. Service was good as we can ask them to buy food/beverage from outside.

Heater was not working in the morning @8:30. The sheets were old and used. It was not changed. It had stains of I wonder what. Horrible experience
