Dirty Non-ac rooms. Not worth Evening staff very rude and non-cooperative. Not ready to listen complain and disconnected phone replying rudely. Reached at 5.00 pm against booking wef 12.00 pm but the room was not ready to stay (Room no. 94). Got bathrooms and basis cleaned after our entry in the room. window curtain too dirty. Service telephone not working (Room no. 95). Somehow could get room changed from 94 to 95.

Early check in facility is not available here. Hotel staff came to me & wake up me from sleep at morning 5am . I felt very bad for that time & left the room as per instructions of hotel management. Very worst rule. I will never visit this hotel in future.

Worst hotel ever. They charged extra for a room and they called it Suite room which is the same as the executive room but they denied complaining and showing pictures of executive room in place of suite room.
