only service related issue .. I checked 8 am. hot water not coming . again 9 am I checked hot water not coming called receiption person . he told hot water only 6 am to 9 am. other problems I will check . upto 9.30 am I called 3/4 times for arrange hot water for bath ( now winter cold season) he denied. so called Goibibo customer care and discussed issue of hot water Goibibo called hotel manager then he arranged hot water from out side at 9.50 am . *

Very poor service provided by the hotel staff. Rooms are not clean, AC not working and pathetic service overall. hotel staff denied to check in as they don’t have rooms.

hotel clean....staff is good....but bedsheet is very hard...like as stone...and issue in hot water because hot water timimng ia only at 7:30 to 8:30 morning..

Stay was pleasent since it was a winter season the room cost enough to have a good overnight stay, however hygiene and service issues needs to resolve.
