Maxwell is a huge property. The hotel has a swimming pool which is nicely maintained. Good food. Rooms are big but Unfortunately the the rooms are not well maintained and even the area around. Not at all happy with the Rooms. On entering the premises the strong smell of the floor cleaning liquids was the big turn off, it was a feeling of entering an hospital. Also the door and the latches were not proper. No hot water. The hangar for clothes in the bathroom was broken and hanging. The bed was making noise even with slight movement which was little uncomfortable. Also i feel the AC is placed on a wrong place (at the window) as we had to keep the curtain half open so as to get the cooling, A suggestion you might just shorten the length of curtains so that AC is not covered by them. I am talking about my experience with Room no.202. I missed out on taking pictures for your reference but you can check all the points on concern that I have mentioned..

It is a nice place but very rude and arrogant staff not at all courteous nor professional. They are extremely poor n very slow with their service. We visited here yesterday as a group of 10 had booked a deal including food and stay. They charged us for lunch dinner n breakfast but served the same food for lunch as well as dinner. I think thats just not right to serve afternoon food at night and when asked why is it the same the staff shouted at us saying its made right now which was a sheer lie. You may wanna visit here only if u have no choice or any other option available. Not at all recommended.

**** all hotel.... never visit... totally unmaintained... blankets hav holes, bedsheets not provided.. bed cloth faded n stained.. no cleanliness at all, room ws alloted without cleaning, washroom ws pathetic. this hotel will svrew ur mood. genuine suggestion is nvr visit dis place even if free. i wanted2chk out at evening 6pm,bt all nearby hotels ws full.so nxt time rather book d better ones out der, bt NOT MAXWELL AT ALL.

everything was very decent ...property was good and clean enough...i liked the behavior of the staff...they were very polite and helpful...location is also quite easy to access but as Mumbai is such a big city so little bit crowded area...i think this hotel is good for friends or i say to those who wants to go for outing ...

One of the worst hotel to stay , pathetic service rude behaviour by the waiter..no one at reception to receive calls breakfast starts at 11 am and only Chinese food available.there are much better options in just fee mins ahead with better amenities please don't stay waste of money.

Amazing place to spent leisure time as one night with family or couple or even one day picnic...or book yourself alone for calm n peaceful moment.. it's was amazing n comfort room staff are excellent n food is good I thanks to Mr. Akash for good suggestions n taking care of us
