Nice and pleasant ambiance with amazing view, Not utilised to its potential, No restaurant, Breakfast availability around it is nil, only breakfast you will get will be pav bhaji, If it was not in goa it would have been one if the most rated ( with restaurant) There is a jumping heights( bungi place) is just opposite, If utilised or club with them will make the place worth its value. People coming from far can definitely use it as a stay over. And its a paradise for birdwatchers, from Indian scimitar Babbler and Malabar pied Hornbill is among them.

This is my 3rd trip to Mayem. The resort is good, clean. Service is good. Good food available in their restaurant. The location is too good. Away from city environment. Lot of greenery. I will suggest people to come and relax here. Suggestion for the resort: The bath towels can be Light weight turkish or cotton. Internal painting is required. Door latches not working properly. Requires brass material latches.

Overall stay was Good with this property, But i have little issues with this, Like they don't have Boating facility and no pool area for children and they don't have there own restaurant so for that we have to go outside, Apart from thta things went smooth with this property. And i would rate it as 3 star Proeprty.

It was very good decision. Although it was far from city but enjoyed stay in greenary and besides lake. Central place to visit dudhsagar, vosco, margao, panjim and various beaches. At last they helped us to drop our baggage into their hotel in masupa which was really helpful for us to roam without tension.

This is Goa Tourism Dev Corporation run hotel on Mayem Lske side. View is so beautiful. Hotel is very clean and in great environment. But very far from city and public transport . Recommended only for people who has own transport or who can afford high taxi charges. But I like the place very much.

bungee jumping and cycling boat location is directly in front of the hotel, should be a 15 min walk, boat riding is at around 200rs for 45 mins on the lake, you can take it anywhere except near the bungee jumping location. and, bungee jumping is around

Very good surroundings and nice environment. Quite convenient for me as I was visiting Goa Institute of Management about 10 km away, though a bit far from the beaches. Overall service was quite good and the food was decent.

The property is huge and peaceful. Needs maintenance, this is a huge focus area for GTDC. Access is another issue, but the good part is that it is also cut off from the other crowded areas, which is good

Superb location on the bank of Mayem Lake, Bicholim. Cottages are excellent and clean with all basic amenities required. Overall excellent experience. Throughly enjoyed.
