Pathetic and unprofessional staff of the hotel. they started abusing in front of my family when I asked to use washroom after checkout. They said ' chl nikl yaha se ' and abuse a lot. The hotel is not safe for the guests with families and business and the uneducated staff does not know how to behave with the guests . At night their is some noise constantly coming beside our room after numerous complaint they does not solve it. Staff is unprofessional and abusive , hotel not safe for girls.

Overall good...but please don't book taxi through hotel..they are taking higher charges than available in market...we have promised swift Desire but actually Indigo provided..that to @ 14 per KM and that too for min. 250 km per day basis...out side rates are very less

Hotel is situated near to Bhopal Junction at Platform 6 exit.Construction and renovation going on.Rooms are ok,staff at reception is a bit rude and not customer friendly.Overall prefer if looking close to Bhopal.

1. Hotel staff's behaviour is not good.(Receptionist) 2. I paid extra for the extra person but they put a mattress on the floor for that and saying this is what we only have. 3. The room smells like a smoke room.

The service and amenities are ok. Tv is not working and no WiFi.I don't like food quality.food price is too High and the quality of the food I don't like. mosquito 🦟 inside the room .

i occupied room on 2/04/25 at18:00hrs but i forced to vacate before 12:00hrs on 03/04/25. even though some staff are harsh, one manager gave me a wash room for use after 12:00hrs.
