I directly called up the owner of the hotel for early check in, and he very promptly responded me with a confirmation call back. Staff also is good. Sanitary pipelines require some maintenance.

Rooms are too compact and not much clean need to improve hygiene in the rooms. Electrical connections and room doors locks are risky. Hot water service is risky too.
