1) No power backup , frequent cuts 2) paid for room with breakfast , but breakfast was very less in quantity, did not get complete food 3) location too far from tourist attractions like dal lake, at the same price one can get a room near dal lake 4) food too costly, they serve chapatis & dal fry for more than ₹ 500
