The hotels location is prime and the staff just makes it the best. It is no doubt one of the old yet best hotels in the area. The saying goes well with them, "Old is Gold". Thank you all the people from all the departments starting from Reception, House Keeping & Room service team to make my experience so special. Although sometimes the Room service wasn't reachable but Reception always took over and delievred whats necessary. Thanks again Spent some quality time with my Fiance since it was a get away for a couple of days only and of course site seeing around and try local cuisine.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown (L).They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.

Very nice stay, very helping staff, all facilities is up to date and very helpful nature . No worries at all to stay ever. Will stay again whenever possible. First is last experience experience, coming to mumbai first time and feel good. Recommended to all to stay here . Price is very nominal. Thanks to Hotel members especially reception guys and waiter pankaj too.
