I recently stayed at Hotel Mintella in Varanasi, and it was truly a delightful experience. My room was clean, well-maintained, and had a calming vibe — perfect after a long day exploring the city. The location is also a big plus — peaceful yet conveniently close to key spots in Varanasi. Special mention to the hotel team for their attention to detail and thoughtful service throughout my stay. Whether it was room service, cleanliness, or just the overall ambiance — everything exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely choose Hotel Mintella again the next time I’m in Varanasi, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay!

I stayed for 2 days. Rooms were average, bed springs were torn out, they didn't replace the bedding even after complaining 4-5 times. The day time front desk(A lady and her assistant) was way too lazy to even pick up the call. I asked them to clean the room in my absence and gave them the key..upon my return when I asked they said they forgot. I tried the tea in the restaurant, it was the worst ever for ₹40/- so didn't tried anything else. Overall it was disappointing. However the lower staff was much more helpful than the front desk. If anyone would like to book this hotel, I would advice to check in at night, as the night manager is sensible but his hands are tied if you have any issues related to room or anything.

I had a very good experience during my stay here from reception to the room that was provided to us. The room and washroom was clean and the room was quite comfortable. We were provided with all the basic amenities and everything was worth the price. Just would like to suggest them to provide atleast one pair of use and throw slippers rest everything was above my expectations. The room was cozy and comfortable and void of any outside noises or disturbances. I had a very peaceful sleep after travelling a lot.

Very nice hotel with homely comfort and cooperative staff. Good food. Rooms are spacious and also clean. Not very close to Biswanath Temple but suited my purpose at Nadesar. Recommended for aged people. Very friendly and polite behaviour of every person from reception to restaurant, including room service, with a special mention of Sandip.

Food (breakfast)is substandard. Room is small and no chair for sitting. Yet price is very high.Staff didn't even bother to help for luggage shift to the car. Me and my wife had to pull all the four baggages outside the hotel, no courtesy, no hospitality...... yet cost of per night stay is far far high... in a cramped room.

the service was very poor and the room was not upto mark very bad smell in room late in service very costly as compared to room and facilities but the behaviour of staff except mam was not good for a single thing I have to wait for hours.
