hotel manger allotted worst room that was having dirty bathroom, toilet with no water jet and dirty, room on ground floor so smelly due very old property. Manager don't book, booked from direct property then I can give good room. I asked manger for dining, he said call on 6 but phone was not working, and asked on the reception several times but no response. Door lock system was broken and seems highly unsafe. Overall currently hotel property is very old, so everything malfunctioned.

Suggest not to book this hotel as it is not what it used to be.Wash room condition is worst. The room is just ok for one night and it is hard to pass the night also. . As it was late at night I didn't have any option..
