Moistin Business Class Hotel

I had a rather disappointing stay at *Moistin Business Class Hotel, Pune* . My first day was marred by a distressing incident where I found myself stuck in the elevator for a frustrating 10 minutes. Despite the alarm going off continuously, there was no response from the hotel staff, leaving me with no choice but to contact my driver for assistance. Shockingly, the staff informed my driver casually that there was maintenance going on, a fact they failed to communicate to me directly. To add to the discomfort, there was no hot water available in my room throughout my two-day visit. While the room service personnel attempted to address the issue by demonstrating lukewarm water from the tap, this turned out to be a mere illusion. When I attempted to take a shower, the water was disappointingly cold, resulting in a thoroughly unpleasant experience. The lack of communication about the elevator situation and the absence of hot water made my stay far from comforting. It is disheartening to encounter such issues during what should have been a relaxing stay. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and implements measures to ensure the well-being and satisfaction of their guests in the future.

food is good. ample amenities but service is very slow. need to work on service although they are taking service charges. nice stay with clean rooms

Small Rooms, well maintained hotel but service is too slow.. rates are higher than actual property status.
