Excellent and spacious room with washroom. location on mall road with car parking. Front office reception staffs very helpful, polite and Cooperative. Pawan very helpful. Vallet parking staff Betal and Sunder very helpful. Buffet breakfast spread Excellent and tasty. Food prepared in the restaurant Excellent by Chef Rajendra. Staffs in restaurant Neha and Akanksha always ready to serve with smile. Spa and Swimming pull good. Laundry facilities quick and efficient at reasonable cost. Overall Excellent and Fantastic stay.

Very nice hotel,location is also perfect on mall road,,stayed in suite valley view room with bathtub..enjoyed a lot..breakfast buffet was awsome..dinner was also good,,staff is friendly,service is gud..they have a singer also at restraunt in evening..we celebrated our anniversary n it was a perfect stay..thanks team Mosaic..

The hotel staffs were very friendly and the service was both good and quick. The location is perfect as you can cover the entire mall road in one stretch. They also helped us get details of cab services from hotel to dehradun airport which was a added bonus.
